SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA / NEW ZEALAND
All deliveries are received within 1-3 business days of dispatch. All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended. We recommend providing a business address where possible, or another address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9am and 5pm.
For shipping within Australia or New Zealand, we use Australia Post. Once your parcel has been dispatched, a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel by clicking on the link provided in the email.
Please note we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses or On-Forwarding agencies. Orders to PO Box addresses or On-Forwarding agencies may be subject to cancellation.
Please note that orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one package. This will be indicated by multiple tracking numbers on your shipping confirmation email.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Deliveries to Australian and New Zealand addresses can be expected to arrive within 1-3 business days from the time of shipment. Most metropolitan orders are delivered the next day, where the order is received between Monday to Friday, prior to 1pm AEST.
Deliveries outside of Australia can be expected to arrive within 3-6 business days from the time of shipment, depending on your location. When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
During sale periods we will endeavour to commit to our normal delivery times, however some deliveries may take 1-2 days longer.
In case of any delay to processing times you will be notified by email.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
For shipping outside the Australia, we use Fedex' Worldwide Expedited Service.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel by clicking on the link provided in the email.

For residents in Sydney or Melbourne metropolitan areas, our online store offers a limited same-day delivery service on request. Orders delivered using our same day delivery service can be expected to arrive within 4 hours of dispatch.
For residents outside of metropolitan areas, we offer a next day expedited delivery. Orders delivered using our expedited delivery service can be expected to arrive on the next business day.
To use an expedited delivery service, please:
Send an email to email@example.com immediately after finalizing your purchase, quoting your order number and request same-day or next day delivery. Upon receipt of your email request we will immediately contact you by email and advise you on whether your item(s) are available for same-day delivery or next day delivery.
Expedited delivery is only available on orders and email requests received between 12:00am AEST and 1:00pm AEST each weekday. An additional fee (on top of existing shipping charges) of $20.00 will apply.
All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended. If your order is unable to be delivered, a redirection fee may apply.
While we endeavour to fulfill this service, it is not always possible given your location and the location of the requested items.

If your order has already been processed, Overstock.au accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. However our usual returns process is available.
Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. In the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.
